When I read your book, it was frustrating. A lot of the things that you stated go absolutely against what we might have believed in the industry. It takes a long time for people to get their heads around stuff that is actually really counterintuitive. You know, old myths and assumptions are really hard to really kill them. And they keep seeping back into the organization.
