How to Deal With Low Capacity Days
On low capacity days, I need to filter for those tasks and work on them. And they're usually things that aren't time sensitive, but I need to make progress on. So when I'm working on those low energy tasks, I'm getting things done. I'm getting out of that state of rumination and I actually do start to feel better. It might be a low capacity day overall, but usually these are those types of things that will make me feel better. In addition to that, there's like things I like to do for myself on low capacity days,. Like work from bed or take my dog for a walk, or I'll have like some sort of soothing spa music
