The stress score is a combination of your real time HRV and your heart rate in the moment. It's that zero to three, with the three different zones that we talk about inside it. One thing to think about, like for example, is weightlifting. I've noticed that there are times where I'm doing weightlifting and my heart rate might be actually pretty low. When I look at the stress monitor, it's like two and a half to three.
