What Are the Recommendations for Macronutrients?

I find these conversations absolutely fascinating and again the individual differences we have in the response to what we set as public health guidelines I find that also a really you know a key which is so difficult to navigate but let's discuss if we take this conversation back to the macronutrients. What are the recommendations that we currently have of ratios of macronutrient in our diet? Is it easy for everybody to just tailor it to their individual needsYeah, the general recommendations is that we guess 45 to 50% of our energy from carbohydrates to um to 25% from from fats to 30% fats or even a little bit higher and then the same for protein where that varies then are based around
