This is just absolutely fascinating with regards to exercise I played sports throughout my life so visualization was a major practice for me still. You know this lovely research kind of suggesting that in lots of different sports that actually visualizing a movement can help you to execute it more efficiently. There's other studies showing that when people have like you know their arms and plus the castle everyone they can't exercise but they do these visualizations it prevents that loss of strength.
