Alexander technique the art of accomplishment and some kind of Buddhist meditation non-dual something or whatever don't really know what it is. They are all about how to freely move across any like whatever reality is. That's why people who do a lot of art of accomplishment stuff they're their posture improves even though that's usually an Alexander technique thing. The way i get relief here is by thinking through these emotional issues and troubleshooting it and then like getting some kind of release or update at the time.
