i am trying to figure out ways to not like cwork, but to create health habits that require no extra time. So if you are often overwhelmed in your health pursuit, i want for you to think about how can we combine things. One thing we've been doing as a family is as soon as i'm done with work for the day, we go on a family walk. And while it might not be an intense run or a sweaty yoga session, i'm still getting in that movement. It's small pockets of time, unlike my husband, who will wake up and go work out for two hours.
