How to Stretch Your Muscle Under Load
If you're thinking of trying some of these positions, first like Eric kind of alluded to before, get a good understanding of your anatomy. But then the other thing is proceed with caution. Just see what it feels like to really stretch that muscle under load and just do that partial because if you diver it into it too fast, you could really set yourself up for some pain. If your body's not accustomed to that, I'm not adapted to it.
