How to Be a Better Problem Solver
People are problem solvers, but it takes them three times longer than it would take someone else to come up with that same solution. So you have to like monitor the timing as well. Each one of those questions addresses a different skill set. I've done something similar to and it's also helpful to see how quickly they can comes up with that solution.
