The patient responded beautifully. She remained in sustained remission to the stay she is, and a year later, because it was so hard to get this paper published, we were able to actually follow her for like a year. A year after that, she was still in sustained remission and she was completely negative for anti-nephrin antibodies. And I think this is such a beautiful illustrative case of someone who had this disease, had minimal change disease as a kid, likely had anti-n Nephrin antibodies then progressed to FSGS.
