Skew: How do you typically think about managing expenses, especially for somebody who's just getting into this game? Skew: I've been burnt a bunch of times on deals that didn't complete. So out of sheer necessity, i guess, if you will, i sort o develop something i cand of share with people in my programme. And there's a lot of framework that can be done, so you're not going to be having to use a lot of yourW capitalor very little, to get a deal done.
