In thes series of the last three sessions, we began with finding our ground. And finding our ground is like having an anchor. Its holding steady the spot. Ligt we find an ancle, we stand steady. We sit steady. We hold the spot like steady. Unless we pause with this sense of curiosity, befriending, of noticing and then we begin to uncover what may be there to discover. But the feeling tone as well as the processes of the mind. So with that, shall we practise together?
