The number one way to calm your body is through changing your breathing, paying attention to your breathing by just breathing. Then it's heal. Calm the body, move the fluids, heal. If you don't do the first two, healing is off the table because that's the only way you can heal. Right? So just start there. It's very difficult for people to walk themselves off the ledge on their own in order to get better.
