How to Burn More Calories in Adaptive Training
The body is super good at adapting to changes. A substantial increase in physical activity seems to be a solid predictor of successful weight loss maintenance. The alternates doesn't seem to matter what I choose, whether I go from sweet spot to anaerobic anywhere inside of that range. It gives me a workout that is just barely what I can handle on the day. And this is just in train now, not even within a plan.
