Is There a Difference Between a Low Carb and an Auto Immune Condition?
I'm very low carb. I have a little bit more sensitivity when it comes to blaglucos fluctuations, and i'm always highly cognzant of that. My family'll do a lot more of the like the rice or the sour dough bread, or the sweet potato or something like that. Usually kind of low on that. I'm usually heavier on the meat. A lot of times my wife will make a lovely salad, but i don't do a lot of raw vegetables,. So i mit have a very tiny, tiny bit of the salad, but then i'll have extra meat.
