This weeks tri this ome tip is to pursue a series of monthly challenges in episode three 63. Instead of trying to push beyond a 30 day challenge, do another challenge. This is similar to what you said about scheduling another race before you run the first race, but planned for the whole year. And by planning it, you're deciding how many days of the week it is, or the month is. It'll keep you from just that massive fall off right? Well, and i think you know of me to listent, you can do anything for 30 days. There's the novelty in ther system. I can see the numbers moving. That's a very limited amount of time.
