What Are the Things to Look Out for in Data Cultures?

I love this classification that you've sort of allowed companies to identify self identify with. And then probably also within each of them, we have different types of data cultures. I'm a really big advocate of contextual maturity models or sort of non linear maturity models. The real question is what is the underlying model? Like what is the model of improvement contextually for those companies?"
