What Are the Average Training Volumes?

The typical training volume for distance runners is around 130 to 190 kilometers. Some athletes do up to 250, while others use alternative modes like heli terrain. It's quite a lot of kilometers and that's not very surprising, I would assume. And then it also depends on what type of terrain you're running in.
