The Hip Flexors Are Important in Running

Hip flexors are actually a collection of four muscles that are, collectively, the muscles that help flex our hip. The soz major muscle starts from the lumbar vertebra and other ones attach more in the pelvis region. So important to note that they are not on the side or in the back of the hip. All of em do sit in the front of the hip, and a work to bring that knee up.
