Organizing Your Teams by Value Streams

We as humans, we want to create silos and categorize and, and slim things down. I fear that value streams are more abstract which means it's not a natural state. If key members of the team or the organization shift and move role or organization, then you will fall back into the building. The build trap is just one, one more extension. It's saying 'let's make sure we understand the problem space'
