So i figured let's start with like some low hanging fruit, like what should just every one be doing for immediate results? Best practices. Wel i think the first thing is talking to your consumers. I'm not talking about putting popups up that ask for a survey on line. I'm talking about actually emailing every consumer that makes a purchase, or every abandoned cart and just say, ne wat ono, can you tell me about your perience? What you like, would you not like?
