i was very lucky to grow up in a family that cooked a lot of food, and we had healthy cino values around food. And i think that was hugely influential to me as an athlete. When i eat that way, i just feel better, like, i can recover faster from workout. I feel better the next day. So it's defly something i enjoy doing, also, ie, hugely important for my performance.
