"I'm not even in control of my own shit. Like I am totally beholden to an algorithm by some multinational corporation and like it's crazy," he says. "You can find a calm place every once in a while, like this is working, but don't expect that that is going to work two years from now." He also talks about his struggle with imposter syndrome after moving into marketing instead of engineering.
