Setting Boundaries Is So Important

Grace: It's so important to remember that the more we practise setting boundaries, the easier it becomes for us to honor other folks boundaries. You know, i don't want to say it makes us feel good to be wronged, but it does feelgood to be right. So if we're saying some one is wrong, then we are right. We have to keep thes, also, keep these things around ourselves that keep us well and kind of prioritize our self care.
