How Do You Source Capital Partners?

For someone who doesn't have capital relationships obviously yu've developed over the last 20 years of being in equity. How do you feel about resources like capital brokers, polacement agents, et cetera, to help you source that capital? Or how would you recommend approaching finding those capital partners? Yer, you know, i think the qaco broker, in all aspects, pretty difficult. I think from a ideal source in perspective, d be much better off to source deals yourself. From financing standpoint, such anything you like, for meyou got to build relationships and i think you're muchBetter off to tell the story on your bouth.
