B2B companies need to focus more on customer marketing at this point. Focus on how to expand an account are crucially important in a time like this where demand is down and there is only about 0.5% of people buying that customer marketing is the way to go right now. Nothing's gonna replace having an engine of net new customers that come in that have success that you can then expand.
