Squat Workouts
The training cycle for squats is like any other kind of training. You have multiple sets, all within two thirds ofo total rets per set that you can do. The ten s the week gets, the more frequent squat workouts, those grow. As the intensity is growing, you start to drop down from four to three when you don't need that volume. And serve to increase the intensity.
