Anything under eight minutes is not super like transformative, or you're not going to have an emotional release per right? Right? You can start to get kind of dizzy by manipulating your breath. So really, that's why we lay down when we do anything over eight minutes. What i've seen from other people, and what other people have talked to me about, is it has made them be very it's brought awareness to their life. I was ting to do it to the point that i was almost hyper sensitively aware of my breath too often. And so i came to this point where integrative breath work, i do a lot.
