The Three Arguments for Vegan Diets

I was a vegan between, it was like 87 to 94. And you know what? I was not healthy during that phase. You need animal protein when you're an athlete even more. The environmental aspects of it simply don't work out because to feed the planet with low quality foods like that, it creates a very self destructive cycle. It doesn't make you feel better. It makes you weaker. But basically the vegan diet doesn't enhance longevity or performance.
