Are You Burning More Fat Than the Stored Glucose?

At low intensities and lower heart rates, you are burning the majority of the calories from fat. High intensity is going to yield a much higher energy demand from fat when you look at total calories burned versus cardio. And on top of that, there's the excessive post-oxygen consumption that comes with strength training. So zone two is where the sweet spot is, where of the highest percentage of calories coming from fat.
