It's hard to be overly prescriptive because there are a thousand ways to approach this. It really is contingent upon the demands of the athlete and what you have access to. There's some trade off obviously with like risk in training and then, you know, risk of sport. You're willing to accept pretty much any risk in sport. But in training, which we'd be doing here, you're very risk averse in general.
