So understand like, what is full functional range motion of all the joints look like? How do I arrive at that point? And then how do I integrate all of those parts so I can like start to move like a human again? Johnny: Most of our fitness paradigm is very mechanistic, but even human movements are all very mechanistic in the sense of like, we kind of look like robots.
