strength methods have more value for longevity than the high perch a few methods, which I'm sure you'll get into. The only pushback I ever get on that is the potential injury. But if you already know going into it, how to stabilize load, how to, you know, absorb load, and that's all part of this too. So with those methods, now I'm getting into things that would be, you know,. just the one to three rep range things... anything that falls in maximal type methods.
