Telomeres: The DNA Protection Defense System

Every single cell in our body has six feet of DNA. As we age, our DNA shrinks and that's called cellular aging. Foods can help our body protect our DNA and prevent that slowing. Green tea will prevent slowing the tree nuts will prevent slowing. Having olive oil will prevent slowing down. Coffee has been shown not only to slow down cellular aging, but actually to lengthen make your telomeres longer. And you know, like something I always talk about is that unlike medicines that we only give to people when they're sick, foods are a kind of medicine that we can take all day long when we're healthy.
