If you're somebody who tends to stand the outside of your foot, we have to first open up what we call this little line of tightness outside of the foot. And I have a video of a way to kind of fix this using a lacrosse ball, right? To basically it's a little fashion unwinding technique to open up the outside, the outside of theFoot. So if you're somebodywho tends to fall inside of the foot, right, then we know we have to work on some kind of basic building blocks of getting that coordination dialed in first.
