When people ask to speak to members of the team, it's cause they're number one smart. I think some candidates are just afraid to push back and ask for anything extra in the sales bro in the intervy process. To me, it shows a sense of like they're really doing their diligence on the company they're joining. They want to see who they're going to be working with and what that dynamic is like.
