Get a tracking app, start tracking what you're eating every day. You have some pretty big like aha moments when you see if you're eating 120 grams of fat and then you're eating like 300 grams of carbs as well. Just base every snack and meal around protein and then put your carbs and fats around that. There's different things you can do. But yeah, that's where I would start. That's why I would tell someone to start with. It's just that initial audit of what are you actually doing? If you don't know what you're currently doing, you can't change.
