The Japanese say that harsh lighting, no, low lights, cuts the up. I've never seen anyone go into something so confidently and then fall apart so quickly because there was no light. So in this restaurant, I want the lights low. And I want to be in a little booth. I hate the booths where you've just got head. Do you know what I mean? Huh? Yeah. You know the booths? You get put in a booth. But you can still see someone's head. On the other side of the booth. Yes. The Japanese. Harsh lighting is an important part of their culture. Low lights keeps you hungry.
