I try to listen to my intuition a lot, and i've always found that i get into trouble when i don't. I do like one of the greatest exercises somebody taught me was the yes no exercise. It's liketo show me what no feels like. And then you'll say, then you imagine yourself going through all that stuff. Like, i imagine myself getting in the car, driving to the movies, seeing what that feel ike. Then i imagine myself staying at home. You'll instantly, your body, you'll feel the now for the moviesnd then you'll like, feel lit up.
