I Lost My Arm, I Was a Craftsman, I Will Never Be Employed
Two months into his return to devon, and in the roll of gidley park's head chef, he fell asleep at the wheel. He woke up on impact, and nervouslyi realized what happened. So had lost my right arm. And then it was all about survival, you know. They couldn't save the arm, but they could save me. I just had to learn to be left handed. That was a really big lesson. Cooking is physical, but it's also about knowledge. You don't need two arms to be a great cook.
