The Importance of Respect in Arguments
Carnegie: An argument is only about convincing other parties that may be listening. He says it's okay to have a strong opinion and try to argue for it, but you have to be open minded enough to know that a strong opinion is just that. It's an opinion. Show respect for the other person's opinions. Never say you're wrong. This goes back to this maybe toxic positivity a little bit. But where was Carnegie going with this? Yeah.
