You're Going to Spill a Coffee in the Book?
There's so many books to read, isn't it? It's such a problem. When I get a new cookbook, I will just sort of sit and read it. People want to know how much of everything there is in the book. Even an eighth of a teaspoon is a thing. A quarter is a lot. So often we do have conversations that are very long-winded. You don't need to follow the recipe exactly, but I want people to get as close as possible to what happened in the room.
