The PRX is the moving correlation coefficient. A big number that's positive says that there's a very strong correlation between these two factors, the blood pressure and the ICP. If it's negative, so it's the same slope, but opposite, then that's going to be a negative PRX. So why don't we target this PRX, this measure of cerebral regulation as therapy? And it hasn't really been systematically studied, but there has been some retrospective stuff,. Since TBI did some work, and what they found was that positioning, sedation, paralysis, draining the CSF were not associated with improvement of cerebral regulation.
