This seems like a really strong claim. I keep in mind that the vast majority of health care right in our country, in practice, it's mostly about signalling that you care. If an elderly family member gets covet they just don't have the same kind of instinctive reaction to that. It's not, they don't care that their wife or father or the child is sick. And by care, we don't mean, like, does the most work, tries the hardest to cure people. That's what's actually happening here. The rogbet hole goes deeper than that, right? And no more.
