Mike: I was thinking very much from like the kind of the muscle-centric view of it you know greater load more neuromuscular adaptations connective tissue adaptations. Just training with heavier weights is generally going to get you good at training or in testing with heavier weights. But there are just logistical advantages of training at high rps that particularly when doing that with high loads.
