"Once you break away from that mindset then it's really easyYeah just to be and everyone just kind of knows oh yeah jock was you know he's got an open mind he'll listen to you" He adds: "More important than the brain power the perspective the different perspectives the guys in the ground or the technical knowledge and the tactical knowledge they're gonna know things that you don't know"
