How to Lose Weight and Maintain Training Quality

I wouldn't come up to an athlete and say, I think you need to drop a kilo. That's not my space. And for me, it's got to be athlete led. The color of restriction doesn't have gone from protein. So we've got to make sure that the protein stays high. My preferred way of doing this is to fuel a row in the training. We're still fully fueled from training sessions, but try and create the calorie deficits away from the training. This is another area where there was a lot of misinformation about diet plans over the past few years. There are some good nutritionists out there who can give advice on how to lose weight without losing muscle
