In his book Time Crunch Psychos, Chris Carmichael says that if you only have eight hours a week to train, your longest ride can only be an hour and a half or two hours. Kyle: In my experience, it seems like you can actually fudge the distance that you can do or the duration that you can doing by like an hour or so. You know, cycling is not like a sport like running with running like that you need to physically adapt to that level of muscular pounding.
