Is Dry Hopping a Tool in Your Toolbox?

Dean: I think that a lot of the stuff is going to be style specific. You don't want a ton of vegetable matter in the kettle because it just doesn't jive with the flavor profile we're trying to achieve for a given style. And so I think that kind of using this as a tool in your toolbox when appropriate, you know, you don't use a hammer when you need to turn an bolt or something. So thinking about how when does this make sense to use? Yeah.
