Identifying When We're Rationalizing

The first step is admitting that we have a problem. Unless we admit that we're rationalizing, we're never going to be able to undo the damage. It shouldn't be too tough to admit that you're rationalizing some things like pooping. And as i said earlier, not all rationalizations are bad. It's just something we do to help navigate our actions. Now i can work on identifying when i'm rationalizing.
